Teriyaki Ribs and Shrimp Rice

We had ribs last night, it was kind of an unexpected visit from friends so I bought some back ribs
and they were great. I had thawed out this big hunk of spare ribs the day before so I was faced with not having the same meal two days in a row. I thought some teriyaki ribs would be great and Kim wanted to make some teriyaki fried rice with shrimp. Here are the ribs going into the biggest vessel we could find to marinate them

Turning and brushing teriyaki sauce on the ribs. About four hours at high heat, 350-375.

Teriyaki shrimp fried rice was all Kim. I found the recipe and she put it all together. She did a great job.

Sauce first, then vegetables, rice and shrimp

Gotta love cooking in woks when you have a source of intense heat. Fried rice looks fantastic, nice and generous with the shrimp. Those ribs must have been packed with flavor too. Great stuff, Robert!

Ribs & Shrimp, you two nailed it. The rice that the shrimp went into looks mighty tasty by it's self, let alone w/shrimp. What BBQ sauce went on the ribs?
