Grilled these yesterday on the Weber Performer with the Vortex, Kingsford Blue, and some apple chunks.
Festered in marinade for near 17 hours.
2 cups fresh ginger, peeled and processed
8 huge garlic cloves processed
Added 1/2 bottle Bachan and pureed
Place in 2.5 gal ziplock
Add 1/2 cup low sodium soy and rest of Bachan
Grill wide open running 525-550F. Skin up. At 30 minutes rotated but kept skin up.
Inspiration from @Brett-EDH if I recall correctly.
Ate well!
