Teriyaki Beef

A chuck steak (not the mythical chuck eye steak that Lampe and others claim they get), marinated in Soy Vay.

And onto the grill for a sear.

Basted with the Teriyaki then off to the side while a broccoli medley got a grillin'.

Beef is off and resting while the veggies finish up.

Teriyaki beef sliced and ready.

Plated with rice and served with an Argentina Malbec.

Yummy!

That Chakana Malbec is really a fabulous wine. I think it's $19.95 a bottle at San Diego Wine Company. I might have to swing by there today and pick up another case!
