Teriyaki Beef Kabobs

Was in the mood for Fast and EZ.

Chunked a beef top loin and marinated it for 4 hours or so.
Skewered it along with some potatoes, mushrooms, orange bell, red onion and tomatoes.

Built a medium hot fire (KBB and red oak), got the potatoes going direct and the meat indirect.

The time came to sear the beef and add the rest of the veggies.

After searing, moved the meat to the cool side of the grill while everything cooked for a while.

Really like that selection of food Robert. I've never used potatoes before, got to give that a try. Beef looks perfect also, great cook.

WOW!!! That looks so yummy. Never thought to use potatoes, but will the next time we do kabobs.

Teriyaki kbobs and fixings look delish.
Did you blanch the potatoes before you put them on the skewer/grill?

Thanks, Jeff. No, I didn't blanch the potatoes. They were baby reds and are pretty small. Couple that with the skewer (think potato nail) and they cook rather quickly.

Amazing looking cook Robert. Great photos, nicely displayed. Your attention to detail in your cooks always impresses me.
