Tenderloin on the Smoque


 
I was wondering what to have this coming Sunday and having seen what you did I know I will be doing a pork loin. Thanks for the motivation
 
I don't care if thats a tenderloin or a loin, what an awesome cook Bradley. I'd smash that into some >>sweetened<< applesauce and be in heaven.

Now at Costco.....never noticed this before .... Labeled 2 Tenderloins per package...
