I just bought these today on sale at Safeway. I havent heard anyone mention these cuts but maybe its different lingo in different parts of the country.

2nd is a pork loin rib half sliced. $.99/lb

Good eats there Clay,
The shoulder blade roast is a pork butt, or Boston butt.
Great for pulled pork.

Love smoking those pork shoulder roasts... They are great for pulled pork... I love to stuff pork loins and smoke them as well...
