Tony, one question: Is that a picture of it peel or unpeeled? Can't wait to try one day. At my favorite truck, they sell an amazing lengua torta sandwich with avocado. Mouth is watering just thinking about it with their salsa verde and those tender torta buns with a nice crisp from the flattop.
