Taco Salad and Tostadas

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Baked some white tortillas in some taco bowl molds.


Roasted up some yellow peppers


Ground turkey, onion, green pepper, no salt taco seasoning and some refried beans my Wife made up.


Made a taco salad and tostada. Both had the meat/bean mixture, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa, panela cheese, and topped off with some Sriracha sauce and one of the yellow peppers and a pickled jalapeno on the side.
 
Great stuff, John. To me, it looks both healthier and tastier than the conventional taco salad with the deep fried bowl.
 
gotta get some of those molds....
