I would call Weber to see about a free replacement. Then if that doesn't work, see how much a new lid is, if it isn't too much order one. If it is too much, then I would get a rubber hammer and pound that thing back into shape.
 
sucks the wsm was damaged. At least you still get to upgrade to the 22". After you get the new parts it will look and cook like new. Enjoy!
 
I'd still try to hammer the lid back into shape. You might also be able to persuade the center section to come back into round also. A number of people here have run into that problem and were able to fix it. use a tape and get some diameter measurements. If need be, put marks where it's the longest. Then, wrap the center up in a bear hug and gently squeeze it back into shape.

WSM's have a lot of airflow because they are Uninsulated.
I'd get a hammer , put duct tape on porceloin finish to reduce the damage & straighten it out.
I'd doesn't have to be perfect , just like the door doesn't have to be
