Sweet and Tangy Chicken Last Night

Hi All,

Was busy yesterday so I started the cook late - had to get the tripod out. Boneless chicken breasts in a Sweet and Tangy sauce with Dijon mustard, Maple syrup, chicken stock, fresh rosemary, garlic and red pepper flakes, potatoes on the skillet and green beans.

Great looking chicken dinner!!! Was this sauce similar to a honey mustard sauce taste wise?

Thanks John! This sauce is quite different from honey mustard. It is thinner, has a more savory taste, with a definite hint of garlic and rosemary.
