Those looks great. Did you find the yardbird to be salty. Your looks like it was put on as heavy as I did and felt it was heavy

Didn't find it salty at all Jeff. I did coat that one rack fairly heavy and it set all night. Didn't add anything before I put
it on the smoker. For me, the Yardbird rub is one of the best rubs for anything you want to cook. I haven't tried
it on brisket yet, but I will be.
