Sweet and Hot Chicken Thighs

Today was a busy day between yard work and football. I had thawed out some chicken thighs Saturday and wanted a quick easy dinner for tonight. Here is the way we cooked them.

Seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

Set up the fire for a pretty quick cook.

Indirect for about an hour and fifteen minutes, then tossed with Frank's Hot Sauce and Sweet Baby Rays.

Back on the grill for a bit indirect and then briefly direct to finish.

These beans new to my area. I thought I would give them a try. They are spicy! Not a hit with the kids.

Plated with some celery and ranch.

The chicken was really good. I like the Frank's Hot Sauce while the kids like the BBQ Sauce. The beans were not a hit but I thought they were pretty good.

Thanks for looking! Have a great week!

Nice cook Robert, sometimes quick and simple is the best. Barb and I do that a lot now that it gets dark earlier.
