Did a quick Surf and turf the other day :D Turned out pretty good. The steak was just topped with a bit of salt, pepper and Montreal steak spice. Seafood was done with Garlic, butter and old bay. Also did some roasted potatoes and carrots. All in all a pretty tasty meal!

Scallops on, with shrimp to follow





Ready to pull off,



Your plate, don't worry light on the veg lol,



And one of the twins happy as a pig in poo when I gave him a bone lol,

I'm not sure which picture I like most! The porterhouses look great before you cooked them to perfection, & then the scallops......then the shrimps, & then the midget (cute kid :) ) gnawing on the bone!

Great looking meal PJ. Perfect crosshatch on the meat and those shrimp & scallops look awesome!
