Super Sirloin Steak


 
Perfectly cooked steak. I cant wait for this endless winter to end, you have a date set for removing the side panels yet?
 
Wow, your plated pic made up for the blurry on the grill shot, 10 times over!
As others have said, the sirloin was nailed, and the sunset shot is beautiful!

as a side note, I'm pretty sure sirloin is Larry Wolfe's favorite steak, and one of mine too.
