yeah, i'll be outside frying from now on. you made my day here. not that i need fried food, but some french fries and onion rings are on the list, me thinks, for this weekend, weather permitting.

We don't eat fried food very often whenever the craving hits.. It happens outside or in the garage, depending on the weather. I don't always use the induction though. Sometimes I use the Discada or the discada burner and a dutch oven.

I have been craving JoJo's so I will make a batch of those as a side tonight to go with the Tri tipi I am going to smoke. Guess that vook will be here later.
