Howdy folks. This turned out to be a really delicous plate of food. Enjoy looking!
I needed lunch meat for the week so I soaked a turkey london broil in a simple brine for 1 hour a lb. Also, I stumbled upon some lonely looking country ribs that were screaming for Wickers. I rubbed the turkey in a homemade store brand and bleh way too much salt with my brine. I was in a hurry and just grabbed a rub. Oh well. For the ribs I rubbed half and left the other 2 alone with the marinade

Then I took a bell pepper and soaked in homemade balsamic vinaigrette, I had some left over green onions and coated them in olive oil and dusted them heavily with my season salt and threw on some red taters with oil and kosher salt

And plated! Very nice contrast with with green onion. They actually crisped up into a fried consistency.

Thanks for looking!
