Sunday's Cherry Smoked Pulled Chicken Thighs

R.I.P. 3/31/2022
Had a hankering for pulled chicken, so I put 6 thighs on the WSM.
Plus a whole bird for lunches & leftovers.
Went heavy on the rub, since I knew the skin would be removed.
(oh, and a chicken liver on foil just to gross J Lampe out)

Here you go Jim!

I guess it was about 2 hrs. later when the thighs were done, and ready to cool for pulling.
The Bullet ran between 275 & 300.

Bird took about another 1/2 hr.

Really good corn, and pretty darn good Arkansas tomatoes.
Olive oil, salt, and pepper only on the corn.
Slaw was from this recipe:

Pulled bird looks great! Corn looks pale... Probably from seeing that stinkin' liver.

Photos are outstanding, as always! Thanks for sharing.

Pulled chicken may be under-rated. Haven't done some for awhile but it was goooood. It all looks good Bob. I'd eat the liver too. ;)

Bob, you're a excellent chef, and your pics are always perfect.
