Sunday TT roast and potato galette!


 
Morgan, keep the new camera, works EXCELLENT! ditch the phone-camera :p
Aren't those Galettes AWESOME!?? You made them perfect!
And the Tri tip looks Great as well!

Frank...they took longer than I expected...about 45 minutes indirect at about 350 ish..I moved to direct and pulled the top cast iron about the last 10 minutes or so!
