Sunday Ticket Sausage "Hamburgers"

Around here, we watch football and enjoy a meal in front of a game. On today's game day menu we have sausage patties on a bun ("hamburger" style). I fired up some lump and a couple pieces of oak in th Kettle and a simple game day meal is served.

That post was for Pro. I am also a college fan. If you've not tried a 1/4 lb sausage pattie on a bun instead of a beef hamburger I recommend it as a change of pace.
