Sunday, Spetember 18 - National Cheeseburger Day!!!

OK, who's making killer cheeseburgers on Sunday? Anybody care to share some ideas?

I'm thinking sort of a Mediterranean flair - a salt/pepper/garlic spiced patty with Havarti, peppered bacon, grilled bermuda onion, tomato and white garlic grilling sauce.

A big pimento and grilled onion burger is hard to beat for simplicity but then so is a mushroom and swiss ,then bacon oh you have done it now,supper Sunday will contain lots of burger fixens lol

Mine will have diced onion mixed into the beef with American cheese and toasted bun. Simple, but gooey and delicious.

I'm going a little more upscale, taking the ground beef back to its more primal state, the NY strip. Sorry boys, these were on sale and I had not thought ahead.

Just did cheese burger a couple of days ago, so we're going try something different and do some chicken cheese burgers tonight. Close enough will have to do
