Started around Noon and should be ready for dinner, I don’t wrap, I’ll just let them sit low and slow till I start doing the bend test. Then I’ll hit them with a little Sawse and they’ll be ready to go. I prepped them with some local dry rub, then sprayed them with a 50/50 Apple Cider Vinegar / Apple Juice mix starting at 2 hrs. I’m pretty sure these are baby back ribs and I’m used to cooking St. Louis Ribs so this is a new one for me. Also, the first time cooking ribs using the UltraQ.
