Sunday nights rib dinner!!

So i decided on loin ribs from costco for dinner with my wifes family, heres how it went. I got too excited to get the ribs on the smoker and forgot to snap a couple of prep pictures, but i did a light coating of mustard then basic dry rub about 1 hour before they went on the grill and did the 3-2-1 method. Foiled with honey, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and apple cider vinegar.




They where a big hit:cool:

The weather was great and even had an amazing sunset to end the day
