Sunday Night Dinner


Decided it was my turn to do dinner I’ll be using the performer (No Wind)
Choice for tonight will be Pork Chops season with Weber’s Blazin’ Burger and some Weber’s Buzz’n Honey BBQ sauce for basing.

Side dishes were cone on the bone with butter, EVOO and Weber’s Steak & Chop seasoning

Corn and stuff for potatoes ready to go.

Took some petite Yukon potatoes cut in half with canola oil, butter in the CIS with Weber’s Roasted Garlic Herb.

Potatoes cooking then added to corn and everyone getting happy.

Puppies watching very carefully.

Light sear on the chops then moved to indirect to finish.

Plated and was delicious.
