Sunday night chicken: spatchcock style

A simple meal for Sunday nite. Dusted the bird and the counter w/ Weber Kick'n Chicken.



Indirect with KB and a couple chunks of 'skete. Not a big fan of Mesquite, but I have it, and I'm cheap, so I'll use it. The bananas are sweet potatoes.

Brian, i'm pretty cheap and I hate mesquite... the bag I had hanging around for years I finally tossed it in the fire pit out back...
