Sunday - London Broil

Hello All,

We decided to do some steak on the grill for our Sunday dinner. Kari marinated some London Broil in homemade garlic vinaigrette and some Zucchini in EVOO and lemon juice while I was out working on some new sighs for the concession stand at the high school. When I got home we cranked up the grill and I cooked the steaks and veggies. Kari did some bakers in the oven to save me time. Here are some pics.

Well this was a great meal. We used to do London Broil all the time but had gotten away from it. Sorry I don't have any pics of the Zukes on the grill but an old friend called while I was in the middle of cooking and I missed the chance. Thanks for looking.
