Using the Hatch roast chiles I did earlier in the day, I grilled up burgers for dinner
Half pound patties: 80/20 with some homemade rub mix
Sliced tomato, onion, guacamole, fresh roasted Hatch chiles, condiments of choice (mustard, ketchup)
Slice of cheese
Served on a Kaiser/Cheese roll for good chew
Grilled corn, fries
The medium hot diced chiles blended perfectly with the cheese and guacamole!
