Sunday Football and a WSM Trifecta

I got a late start but all turned out for the good.

Ribs on.

Tri-Tip on a hour later.

After two hours was going to heat up the gasser and put some char marks on the Tri-Tip but it was done.

The Tri-Tip Goodness….

Ribs foiled and Drummies on.

One hour to go.

Had a angry mob when i started to put the ribs on a plate for a picture.

Have a little left over of everything for dinner tonight but the rest was consumed.

Jeff, that's a very impressive spectacle of BBQ, so I can't blame the angry mob for getting impatient when you're taking photos. My family does it to me all the time.

Im having fun learning how to use a WSM, i just keep inviting victims over every weekend for whatever i'm smoking.
Haven't killed anybody yet, but my buddy's son took a bite out of some ribs and took off running down the street.

Found out later he doesn't like pepper….who knew.
