Sunday feast

My mother is coming into town to watch my kids in he local church play/musical today, so we will celebrate after church with a surf and turf feast...

Salmon 2 ways ( cedar planked or marinated and direct grilled in Evoo, soy sauce , garlic , ginger and brown sugar...

Along with a few filets seasoned with Weber steak and chop and a chuck steak for myself (with s/p and mucho roasted gaaaaaarlic) throw on a few shrooms as well for dem steaks

Mashed potatoes for rug rats and sweets with some Gus for older yinz
