Sunday Dinner

Doing a small butt today, a little sausage going on later, wife might make a side or I may do some elotes to go with it. JD briquettes with some whiskey barrel wood chunks. Butt is rubbed with some of my rub and injected with a mixture of apple juice and rub. That’s one of the great things about the WSM, get it set them off to church without worrying about temps getting out of hand. I hope everyone had a blessed Sunday. And Let’s Go Rangers!

Thank you, it was quite tasty. I made a dill pickle cole slaw to put on the pulled pork sandwich and it was absolutely DELICIOUS.
