Got some extra meaty baby back ribs buy one get one free a few weeks ago, today was the day to cook them.

I followed @Jim Lampe's hot and fast method. Grill stayes right at 420 the whole time. After 45 mins they got flipped.

After 90 mins they got wrapped, and after another 45 mins they were opened and glazed then back on for another 15 minutes.

They cut perfect!


And they looked ever better on my plated.
