I was at sams club yesterday, and decided to pick up a cryo of pork baby back ribs, on the way home I stopped by Whole Foods, and picked up some beef back ribs. It's gonna be a tasty dinner tonight!!! Anyone else smoking today?

I started 3 racks of loin backs early this morning. They've been wraped in foil about an hour. Should be ready for a late lunch.

Sam's Club BBs on deck. Soaked last night in apple cider, now curing in rub, going on around 12:30 or 1:00 p.m.
