Will the grates off this Summit fit directly on a 1xxx?
This popped up free on Offerup and I’m thinking about paying him 20 bucks for the grates

Yes they are the same size. Sad to see that Summit not get a new lease on life, though.

It's free get the whole grill. I am guessing he wants the whole thing gone.

The whole things free... problem is I have too many project grills and don’t have time or space for another one. Do those grates in any way compare to Dave’s Santana’s?

Grab the whole grill. strip what you want and call a scrapper to pick up the rest. I am not sure, but I do believe those grates compare very favorably to those of Dave Santana.

Well I saw this same exact grill pop up again, not sure if it’s the same people, but def the same grill, although missing the temp gauge now. Snagged the whole thing, it’s in pretty tough shape but it’s got those grates on it that I can clean up. I’ll see what else I can use off of it and then probably have a scrap guy come scoop it up. I get pics of the grates soon.
