I have not posted many cooks lately, but here is a simple one that you might like:
During summer, you can buy cured and smoked pork chops here in Norway. They are called “Summer chops”. The smoke taste is nothing to brag about, but they are cheap, and once in a while it is nice to grill some of them.
When you can buy these, it's finally summer here in Norway!
I used some of the California spice mix Jim Lampe sent me, added Amadine potatoes in a mixture of Olive oil, butter and thyme. Furthermore you can find some hot dogs with real English cheddar and a couple of corn cobs.
