We hosted a cookout for our bestfriends that are "home" from South Africa. She's SA, and he and I have been best friends since we were 10. We only see he and his wife every few years so we get all the old gang together when they come home. Not a lot of great food pics. I got distracted by libations, and reminiscing with everyone. Figured I'd share the event anyways. Hope the lack of fire action doesn't offend anyone.

Made 2 plates of these guys after mixing breadcrumbs, little steak sauce, S&P, onion and garlic powder.

Everyone gave me high praise for the burgers, and they were gone quick! No pics to prove it, but I swear they got cooked at some point that night
Thanks for looking. Next time, I'll designate someone more reliable to take more food pics for me before the party starts.
