Prepped some Maryland's with a dry rub i mixed together (had a lot of Lemon pepper in)



Onto the WSM with some spuds



Cooked on Lump with a few smoking pellets and sauced with Louisiana hot sauce, plenty of butter in my tater :) was hot but was real good



O.k better put sum healthy stuff on too :D

Hi Guys,

John & Mike - not sure! the labeling on these said Maryland's so maybe they have a different idea what Maryland's are over here!

Michael - recipe was nice & simple dry rub of sumac, lemon pepper (lots), garlic salt, cumin & cayenne - cooked on lump with a few herb smoking pellets on wsm - sauced last 30 mins with a local hot sauce called "Big ricks hot as" hope this helps.
 
Glen, you can call those anything you like.... as long as they look as GREAT as those do...
