Howdy folks as the title suggests did some beef shorties - good ones pleanty of meat on these yummo!

I know there's a lot in favour and a lot not in favour of brinning beef but i feel it's worth it so dats what i did



followed by the rub



Minion with "Gidgee" lump and some skeet thrown in for smoke



As i was going to work Saturday i didn't want them to cook too quick so put them on bottom shelf



Set her up for 95c - 203f


Great winters day about blue sky's bout 16c and i slight chill in the breeze....better keep that at bay with a local spiced rum on the rocks ;)

Hot sauced up and Ready, put on at 7.30am and wasn't ready until 5.35pm....love the slow cooking
