A big shout out to my US friends.(you know who you are) This meal was based on just that.(wish i used the smoker plate and that would tie the bag)

Ok lets move on:

Pork loin rubbed with Webers Steak n´Chop. Woop Woop!

Emilie made a focaccia bread(oven)

400f - 1h(or around that) - Pulled @ 145 internal.

New Member to the Wolgast family(might be the brightest one)

After 30 min rest the loin hits the slicer

Served in the still hot bread with some toppings and added a "Ridunkulously Good" BBQ sauce The G brand!(in stores near you soon...I hope)

Lets Eat!

The loin on the grill and going through the slicer are great pics, but that sandwich looks awesome! Lovely model, too!

Well put. I feel bad for not participating as much as I want...especially after being given the honor of MVP. For one reason or another I just haven't been cooking all that much or had the time to properly respond. I've seen the cooks, and you're right, I'm overwhelmed by them too.

Phenomenal cook, D and E! That sammie looks incredible!

Great looking sandwich. If I wasn't hungry before, I am now.

I haven't been bbqing much this summer either, and so haven't been on the board here too much. I do have to say it's good to be back.... tvwbb is the most friendly forum around. :D

Still need to get the 2 big pork butts out of the freezer and do an overnighter before the snow flies. Gotta have some pulled pork.

Daniel, what brand / model is the slicer? I have my dad's old $100 slicer, but the backing plate flexes so much that I can't get a consistent thickness...

And how about a recipe for the focaccia bread!?!

Emilie's beautiful bright smile makes that lantern look dim!

Super looking sub Daniel, and beautifully baked bread Emilie!

You guys are MVP's because or you inspiration to others. We know you are out there. I think everyone gets busy now and then, heck I haven't posted for over a month for various reasons, but I still manage to look almost every day.

Great looking Sub Daniel and tell Emily her Focaccia looks great too.
