I have a bottle of that "Ridunkulously Good" BBQ sauce... :) (have not tried it yet)
and I have a pork loin in the freezer... :)
however, i do not have what it takes to make it look as AWESOME as yours does... :(
and i do not have (Wisconsin's own), beautiful "Carol Merrill" to model the Specatular Sub... :(

I do love the art behind Beautiful Emilie... Looks Groovy!!

And best of all, what could be better than a loving, supportive wife and family? Janelle and I celebrated our 27th anniversary last month and we still like each other! :) enjoy every day -- time flies!
 
I really like the look of that pork loin. And brilliant move to slice it thin and put it on a sandwich like that. Great-looking meal.
 
Daniel,I feel your pain about not posting. Works been kicking me squarely in my backside! I've barely been getting two cooks in a week. But that is a mighty good looking sandwich. I'll take one please!:cool:
