Stupid trips

I’m future planning a stupid trip for somewhere down the road to see and experience old school America.

I hope you're able to make it happen. Getting out on the road is one of my favorite things to do when I have the time.

A fun car, open road, time and sun is all I need to make myself happy. We’ve done a few of these just go trips here in CA. We’ve driven 90 minutes to Tahoe just to get breakfast and burgers in the same day.

And we’re about to downsize our home so I’ll have much less “house” work to do for the long haul.

At that stage in life where we can enjoy time and travel. 55 is just starting out and feeling good.

I appreciate the encouragement. We have a beautiful country. Unfortunately some people never leave their home state or drive/fly to visit anywhere.

I'm one of those people that stays mostly in their own state. I have lived in Florida a very looooong time and still have not seen it all.
