Stuffin muffins

Finally got around to making some Stuffin' Muffins.
Been ions since I used Mrs. Cubbison's stuffing mix. I've been using an old family recipe that goes back to the 1880s my grandmother used.
But I wanted to try Case's recipe.
Followed the box directions and added celery, onion, poultry seasoning, chicken broth, egg substitute, breakfast sausage and pepper. Came out great. Had some with breakfast this morning with some country gravy, really tasty.

Looks wonderful! We froze a dozen from
Our last batch. Popped one out this morning and heated it up. Unfortunately no gravy. Sure are tasty.

One thing I learned is next time I'll put the cups in a muffin pan so they hold their shape better when filling them before I put them on the baking sheet.

Anothe tip that we tried last time was to pull the muffins out of the silicone and place them on the baking sheet for the last 15 minutes or so. The edges will crisp up really nice.
Man making myself hungry.
