Stuffed Salmon and Shrimp Cocktail.

Was at Costco today and picked up some more stuffed Salmon. They had a Seafood roadshow going again and had some U15's for a decent price so picked up a lb. of that too.

Decided to cedar plank this time.

Done.

Salmon served with side salad,chips and a Baja style shrimp cocktail.

That looks great !! I normaly have done salmon atleast a half dozen times by now a year and so far haven't done any ! Thats gona change asap .
