Thought of a new recipe for a stuffing and got everything together

Sage, Italian Parsley, lots of garlic, yellow onion. Onion and garlic getting sauteed in EVOO

Bread crumbs, egg, Kosher and BP, lemon zest and the onions and garlic added to the bowl. Plus Italian pre cooked Chestnuts diced up.

Opened up and then stuffing laid flat and the whole thing tied and Kosher and fresh ground on the outside

Lightly browned inside on the CI

On the Genni, at 350. Basted at 115 IT with butter EVOO garlic powder mix

On the table with a good Pinot Grigio, baby peas and apple sauce. And a small salad too

Now aren't you glad you didn't do Brats! What a feast Bill. Looks super delicious. Love how you trussed up that loin. Looks very healthy too!
 
Bill, that is fantastic and I love everything until I got to the peas. No way not for me.
