Storing temp probes ......

If y'all are like me, my temp probes are a constant tangled mess. Especially those with wire cables that seem to kink. And of course, they have a " hook " on both ends that seems to catch on anything that gets near.

Well, I was cleaning mine today from a weekend cook and I had epiphany ......... I think that's what its called

I got an old swimming noodle that I've had stored away since my daughters were kids 20 years ago. I cut off about a small stretch. And you can see what I did. I've got high hopes this is the ultimate solution. And it will keep them from getting damaged.

That an excellent idea. The one thing I do love about the IGrill 2 is that it comes with probe spools. The heater meater guys sell this:

It might work as well. I know I have hell with mine.

I store my probes and devices in the boxes they came. works pretty good for me and no extra costs.
