I called and ordered some parts today for my 18.5" Smokey Mountain Cookers. I had a little accident on the way home from a competition. :o I'm sure it's just a call center but the lady on the other end was extremely helpful! She actually gave me some advice that kept me from ordering unnecessary parts or I should say "overpriced" parts that I can get from my local Ace Hardware. Weber must give some good training to these folks because she was well versed in the products.
 
Nice to hear it was great service. I need to call them also. I needs some hardware I lost.
 
Every time I have called Weber CS, I have my faith renewed in Weber products.
I bought my WSM of Ebay, advertised BNIB complete. But when it arrived, it was missing many parts.
Legs, grill straps and lid handle plastics.
The vendor on Ebay said they would issue a refund for the replacement parts.
I called Weber CS and told them the exact truth, willing and expecting to pay.
They said it did not matter where I bought it. Everything is under warranty and they sent all my parts to me free of charge.
More companies should take the Weber customer service handbook and copy it.
This experience alone made me a Weber customer for life. :)
 
Called again yesterday to get an extra motor bracket for my rotisserie.
Price for the bracket = $4.40
Shipping = $7
I told them that I would just wait until I had a bigger order as your complete order ships for $7.
Shipping waived = me happy. :)
 
i gotta agree! the porcelain started flaking off the charcoal bowl of my WSM, no problems, they just sent me out a new one! didn't even have to send them a picture. Weber really does have great customer service!

That reminds me. The same thing started happening to my lid. I still use the old one, but now I have 2. Same experience. No pictures, no return, no problem. :)
