the pork cooked indirect for an hour or so, then direct to giv'em a little colour

then yesterday, for the Wisconsin Badgers Homecoming game...

after three hours, the ribs with a little whiskey was added to foil

after another two hours, they came out of wraps then sauced with Rufus Teague BBQ sauce

All good looking cooks, but those ribs look amazing! I would pay top money for that plate. Congratulation on a huge football win!
 
Beautiful cooks Jim - those ribs are spot on! Great job on everything, from cooking to plating to photography!! Love reading your posts, but getting tired of wiping drool off my chin. ;)
 
There comes a time when one runs out of superlatives. So I am going to post one of your pictures as something that really caught my eye.
