Started late so lunch for tomorrow.

3.75 lb chuck roast seasoned with salt and trader joes coffee garlic rub. Smoked with pecan wood on the 22.5 wsm

All the players except for the worchishire. It was still in the fridge.

All sliced

chuck heating up

shredded and ready

some country style ribs smoked with pecan and apple wood. Im gonna put in some baked beans

Lunch should be good tomorrow.
