OK....a little embarrassed to say I had a couple (too many) drinks of this...
...and totally forgot to take any more pics on the Q while searing. Almost forgot to check it and take it OFF before searing. Did remember to take one while cleaning up after we ate...it was amazing. NOTHING but salt for seasoning which I put on heavily an hour or so before cooking. Weber charcoal briquettes were the main heat source, with a little leftover lump from a previous cook.
