Just carefully use your angle grinder and a file afterward. Even a band saw will not leave a "clean" edge but careful use of the angle grinder you can do a really good job. I do stuff like that a lot
If you do buy a blade for your 10" miter, make sure that it's rated for your saw's RPM. And stay out of the plane of the blade while you're cutting as much as possible.
