St PAt's pork, cabbage, and 'taters.

Happy St Pat's to all. This AM I started a slow roll 9# pork butt while working around the house and added a head of cabbage later in the cook. SWMBO baked a 'tater in the house and we called that our St Pat's pork, cabbage and potatoe feast. What a wonderful day. :)
