Used Harry Soo's Slap Yo Daddy Rib Recipe and Technique 2 Hours at 275 1.5 Hours in foil. The ribs were very sweet. next time ill try to kick up the heat. Overall ribs were the best I'd ever had. Yeah bro =) Once you start making some great BBQ at home ........no restaurant bbq crap for u anymore.

Add some hot sauce in when foiling, a lot of us use Tiger Sauce. And your restaurant ribs are history, unless you're traveling, and then you will just complain.............welcome to backyard bbq........................d
